You can gently encourage your PRAs to renew or upgrade their SFI Affiliate status simply by ensuring they're familiar with the earnings and perks of the SFI Affiliate Program. That said, do not be pushy or insistent that your PRAs renew or upgrade. Doing so could turn off your referrals and result in them leaving SFI! Read Gery's article about that.
Instead, simply make sure they're aware of the many benefits and commission opportunities available to all SFI Affiliates, as outlined below:
1. Let them know that they can earn up to $70 monthly subscription commission on their own Personally Referred Affiliates (PRAs). Refer them to SFI's Sales & Shares Compensation Plan for details.
2. Point out to your PRAs that SFI's S&S compensation plan was specifically designed to make getting into profit fast and feasible. No matter what level an affiliate chooses—Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum—it takes just four PRAs at that same level to be in profit.
For example:
Let’s say you have a Silver ECommergy subscription (cost $39.95). Four of your referrals also become Silver Affiliates. You’ll earn $10 on each ( $10 x 4 = $40), putting you in profit mode with just four subscriptions sold. PLUS...there are additional earnings from Core Shares of the Affiliate Pool—which are added to your total commissions.
3. Let your PRAs know what you think about the SFI S&S system. If you’re excited about it, let them know why you’re excited. Excitement is contagious! And if you have plan for growth that includes them (such as a co-op—see #4 below), spell it out for them so they can understand your vision and become fully engaged.

5. Consider sending out a “here to help” E-Card with an appropriate personal message. TIP: To access E-Cards, click the paper airplane icon (located under your PRA’s photo) on any Affiliate Snapshot. Alternately, you access the paper airplane icon from the contact tools area located on the right side of your Referrals Report.
